House rules
Please bring your own: Bed linen/sheets as well as kitchen/towels and toilet paper/kitchen roll etc. must be brought along.
Arrival and departure: The chalets are available for occupancy from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check in is possible from 9:00 am. On the day of departure, the chalets must be swept clean by 10:00 am. The used dishes are to be put back in the cupboards, the beds are to be made up as found. The tarpaulin on the terrace must be rolled up again.
Damage: Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. If this does happen, please report the damage to us immediately so that we do not discover it after your departure. The guest is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
Liability: The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest(s). Domestic authority: Under certain circumstances (very rare) it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the chalet without the knowledge (not achieved) of the guest. House rules of the respective campsite: When booking our chalets, it is automatically assumed that the tenant fully accepts the respective applicable house rules of the campsite.
Final cleaning: The final cleaning is carried out by the landlord (campsite). The cleaning fee for this is 95 EUR. The chalet will be left swept clean by the tenant.
Cleaning: Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately. A vacuum cleaner, dustpan, bucket, mop and cleaning materials are available. We ask you to leave the mobile home/chalet tidy on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards.
Duty of care: We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. Please pay particular attention to your children. The front door should always be closed. All windows should also be closed when leaving the chalets to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary. Please use water and electricity sparingly.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in our mobile homes. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bed linen, tablecloths etc. will result in us having to charge you for this at replacement value. It is possible to smoke in the garden, please do not dispose of the remains on the property but in the ashtray and later in the residual waste.
Bathroom: We ask you to wipe the walls of the shower after showering to prevent limescale deposits. Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, wet wipes, waste, leftover food, harmful liquids, grease or similar may be thrown or poured into the shower or toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Please use the facilities provided.
Ventilation: To avoid mold growth, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.
Kitchen: Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Please only put dishes back in the cupboards when they are clean, and the same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances that you have used. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids, grease or similar may be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. The surfaces and appliances must be cleaned appropriately after use.
Children's high chair: A children's high chair can be rented from the campsite.
Waste: As we are obliged to separate waste, we ask you to help us with this.
The waste must be separated into: -> packaging material according to the yellow bag (all packaging with the green dot, no leftover food)
-> paper
-> residual waste (food waste, everything that does not fall into the first two categories) - Used glass
Applicable for the chalets: There are separate containers for residual waste, glass, paper and plastic at the campsite.
Blankets: Additional blankets are available in the vacation apartment. These are for indoor use only and we ask you not to use them as picnic blankets.
Pets: Dogs are not allowed in our chalets.
Internet/ W-LAN: A wireless internet connection (W-LAN) is available in the chalet.You can ask us for the access code.
Parking facilities: One vehicle can be parked directly at the chalet, other public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents.
